Did you ever think that you could be in the middle of the woods after a full day of hiking and enjoying the natural wonders of the environment, and then have the ability to take a hot shower?

Now you can with the Super Solar Shower from outdoor equipment company Gelert.

How does it work?

What happens is the black vinyl bag, which holds up to 20 L of water, is heated up by the sun’s rays, providing a nice warm shower.

Pretty cool invention.

Right now it’s only available in the UK, so we hope that it makes its way to the U.S. soon so we can start cutting down on our energy consumption.

The solar shower would also be a great product for underdeveloped countries that may not have access to real running showers.
